1 Hour of on-ice instruction per week on Saturdays Program focus: Skating with hockey equipment Balance Control Individual skill Hockey knowledge All developed through fun, engaging, and skill building drills. ALL ON-ICE INSTRUCTION BY SCOTT GROVER OF THE SCIENCE OF SKATING.
