Winter here is in full swing, but summer will be here before you know it.
If you are looking for some Summer camps for your hockey players we have one for you.
This camp was present in our community last summer but didn't get the full exposure that it deserved.
Some of our Members participated in this camp and we have heard nothing but positivity.
Here is all the info regarding camp:
What it is: Withrow Ball Hockey Academy was founded in 2016, and is Canada's largest ball hockey summer camp. Founded by elite ball hockey players with international experience, the Academy now sees over 300 kids attend every summer in Toronto. In 2025, the program expanded to offer camps in St. Catharines and Simcoe County, partnering with Canadian All Star Sports in Simcoe to help establish the program locally. While ball hockey is the main focus, soccer, basketball, baseball and other activities are included in camp as well. The inaugural session was held in July of 2025, at Thornton Community Centre, and it was a resounding success! 14 campers attended and the program received great feedback from campers and parents alike. WBHA is excited to expand further, with 2 weeks of camp on the schedule for 2026. Details are as follows:
Dates: Session 1 - July 13-17, Session 2 - July 20-24
Ages: 5-13 years old (both sessions are co-ed)
Activities: Ball hockey, soccer, basketball, baseball, and more!
Price: $315 per week ($20 discount if you sign up for both weeks)
