Congratulations to “Bowman Farms” Innisfil Winterhawks U13#2 LL Team SRLL 2021-22 Champions
The team had an amazing season finishing 1rst in regular season play in the SRLL 19 team division. The Hawks participated in 4 tournaments this season making it to the semis in 2 and securing championship honours in 2 more. After a bye in the first round of playoffs they swept their second round to face Innisfil Winterhawks #3 in the CHAMPIONSHIP finals.
The series was a hard faught one going all the way to 5 games ,4 of them ending in 2-1 wins for their respective winner. The series was tied at 2 games a piece leading into game 5. Both teams played their hearts out ending with Team #2 on top with a 2-1 win. Thank you to all our coaches led by Ben Cook , the parents who dedicated their time in getting their player to the arenas and of course the players who who made the magic happen.
