A $50 mandatory fundraising fee has been applied to each registration, excluding Intro to Hockey

Association Fundraising details will be provided at a later date

There will be a $50 NSF fee for all cheques returned

Teams are filled on a first come, first paid basis

IMHA is required to charge Non-Resident fee; there will be a $30 surcharge for all Non-Residents. Fees will be determined by where taxes are paid

IMHA offers a $200 discount for a 3rd child living in the same house

Players new to Innisfil or registering for the first time will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate and the top portion of a utility bill (within the last 6 months). Your child may not be rostered to a team without this information

All Parents are required to provide proof of completion of their OMHA Parent Respect in Course prior to their child being allowed on the ice

Members who wish to try out for a representative team are required to register online for the tryouts. Your $75 tryout registration fee is required at the 1st tryout BEFORE YOUR CHILD WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE ICE
